Three problems related to air bag not deploy have been reported for the 2014 Jeep Wrangler. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Tl the contact owned a 2014 Jeep Wrangler. While driving at an unknown speed, the contact fell asleep behind the wheel and crashed into a guardrail. The air bags did not deploy. A police report was filed. There were no injuries sustained. The vehicle was towed to a tow lot where the insurance company informed the contact that the vehicle was totaled. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer for diagnostic testing or repairs. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was approximately 73,000.
My clock spring has went out. Just curious how the 2014 jku has an active recall on this issue but not the 2014 jk. I've also been reading on numerous Jeep forums that my airbags will not deploy due to this.
"takata recall" I was in automobile accident on the 23rd of may, a front end collision and the airbags did not deploy, the shoulder/seat belt kept me from major injury.
