Tl the contact owns a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that the steering wheel became loose while driving and while turning. The contact stated that the steering wheel had four inches to the right and four inches to come back to the center and could not control due to the looseness. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to peppers Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram (2440 e wood st, paris, TN 38242, and was diagnosed that it was in the safety guideline of the computer. The contact stated that the vehicle was repaired once before for a failure with the steering column. The contact also mentioned that the steering failed to respond to the left or right unless it was jerked. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure recurred twice. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 6,000.
