We have contacted the kia dealer where we bought the car multiple times about brake issues. The car was still under warranty. Well today it happened. When my husband hit the brakes the car pulled to one side, almost flipped and hit a guard rail.

The transmission was on back order and had not been replaced; the vehicle remained in the possession of the dealer. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and was informed that there was already on open case on the vehicle; the contact was then referred to NHTSA. The vehicle had not been repaired.
