Other Fuel System Tank Assembly problems of the 2013 Kia Motor Optima

Was driving and my car turned off on me randomly ? always am consistent with oil changes every 3000 miles and always make sure my take is full with good gas I've also had to replace the gas line once already ,, mechanic said I might have to replace my fuel tank because something with car not getting enough gas or so , I've also see leaks looks like gas.

My kia would just cut off in the middle of traffic if I idling at a light or at a stop sign. I even noticed when I when to put fuel in the tank the car had a hard time turning back on.

Tl the contact owns a 2013 kia Optima. Within five minutes of entering the vehicle, the contact's lips and eyes started to burn and there was a fuel odor inside the cabin. The failures occurred after the contact filled the fuel tank. The contact stated that she could not breathe inside the vehicle and the air made her sick. Medical attention was not received. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 74,439.

Since I have brought my car, the check engine light comes out and also states that I don't have gas in my car. . . My car hasn't been in any type of accident and it should be this way when the car is still in good condition and well taken care of. I'm not a mechanic and haven't mess with anything for this to be happen. . While driving once I fill up my gas tank. I can drive down the road then all of sudden the car will so no gas and it's empty. The gas light will stay on or flicker off and on. . . So therefore the check engine light will stay on bc of this. Since the check engine light is on, inspection can't be done.
