Failure Date: 11/07/2020

On November 7 while driving on a freeway in SC I had a catostrophic failure in my front left tire at 55 miles per hour. Fortunately I was able to exit safely and get my vehicle off the road. The tire was filled to manufacturer psi and was driven only 13,151 miles. The sidewall was blown out. I did not hit anything to cause this failure the tire is a kumho 215 r17 94 v. My vehicle is a 2018 kia Optima s. I believe I should have a full replacement for this failure.

3 Tire Sidewall problem of the 2003 Kia Motor Optima

Failure Date: 02/09/2015

I stopped to have my tire pressure checked and the mechanics were very concerned with the passenger tire's sidewall separating from the body of the tire. They highly suggested they replace the tire with the doughnut spare even though I was onlyb10 miles from home. After inspection of the other tires the back passenger tire was also beginning to separate. These tires only have 20,000 miles.
