Kia sepia 1999 sound coming from rear brakes. Three of the four brake pads had fallen off of the shoes. The pads were in excellent condition but the glue that held them to the shoes had disintegrated.

While driving at highway speeds front end and the steering wheel shake out of control, also brake pads and rotors are prematurely wearing. Brakes are soft and at times the vehicle won't stop unless brakes are pushed all the way to the floor.
Because the back brakes are not engaged at all, front brakes pads are completely worn out. Brake pads will have to be replaced. Please provide any further information.

I thought the brakes were going bad in December, they shafed the rotors. In less than three moths they replaced them on March 2, 2000. They have replaced the brake pads three times. They have replaced the exhaust. They have two recalls. They have had to fix my transmission. The pin stripes are now starting to come off. The rubber peice around the back passenger doors are also comming off. ( dot number: 0 tire size: 14 ).
Vehicle has been in repair shop 5 times for brakes; replaced pads and rotors. Also, at times they had to replace both. Vehicle would make a squealing sound. Consumer would have to increase stopping distances. Vehicle has multiple problems, has never explained why problems keep occurring.
Brakes seem to go out every 3,000 miles. Brakes have a grinding sound and the stopping distance has to be increased. Dealer stated wrong size brakes were made for vehicle and back brakes went out. Vehicle depended on front brakes. Consumer states that now the dealer wants her to pay for the brakes, dealer has replaced brake pads, rotors, and rear drums, pulsation also occurs. Engine light illuminated, dealer stated transmission needed replaced at 30758 miles. Excessive crank in the am, dealer performed wire harness campaign which was also causing lack of power. Squeal in steering, dealer replaced the steering pump and power steering belt.
I have had to have my brakes (rotors and pads) replaced on three separate occasions since I have had the car. I want further information on what step I can take to get my car replaced.
The driver side brake shoe broke in half.
I have had four sets of rotors and pads put on my car. I was told by my dealership that the car brakes are manufactured defective. The only thing that kia will do is keep replacing them, the problem is not fixed permanantly. I fee unsafe in my car because I sometimes cannot stop. I am not provided with a rental car while I have to sit and wait for three hours and I do not receive any compensation for wages lost when I miss work for repairs. My car is new and I have had a lot of problems with it.
