One problem related to fuses and circuit breaker has been reported for the 1999 Kia Motor Sephia. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The switch block under the seat was messed up had to be ficked so car would start. Was low on transmission fluid 3 days after buying car. Transmission went out after 6500 miles. The rotors began squelling at about 5000 miles hard to stop sometimes locks up sometimes keeps rolling. . . . . . Rotors and pads replaced and still keeps acting up.
