Airconditioner blower motor failure accompanied by noise caused by the (2)cabin air filter elements coming loose from filter element housing and lodging in the air conditioner evaporator unit located behind the glove box. The kia dealer was unable to find the filter elements during inspection of the evaporator unit while diagnosing the source of the noise. The kia district manager for florida refuses to address this concern and does not consider it a safety concern. The cost to fix this item is $280. 00.
