The contact had not taken the vehicle to the dealer and the vehicle had not been officially diagnosed. The vehicle had not been repaired. My problem is that the brake lights do not go out when the car is off, and they are constantly on while driving.

Tl- the contact owns a 2011 kia Soul. The contact while driving the vehicle's brake lights would not illuminate, the brakes seized, the front driver and passenger wheels smoked, the brake shifter interlock feature would not take vehicle out of park, and the vehicle cruise control would not deactivate even when the brake was depressed while driving at 72 mph. The vehicle was previously remedied under NHTSA campaign number: 13v114000 (exterior lighting , service brakes, hydraulic) however the failure recurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle failure mileage was approximately 55,000. Kh.
