Steering Noise problems of the 2015 Kia Motor Soul

Driving down the highway went to make a turn and the steering wheel came loose. I almost lost control and crashed. There's a loud clicking noise when you turn the steering wheel.

The contact took the vehicle to the dealership (kia of jackson located 3500 page Ave, jackson, mi 49203 phone number 571-764-4500) who diagnosed that the steering gear that is attached to the rack pinion needed to be replaced. The contact stated that the dealership stated they will repair the vehicle under a repair as a goodwill relating to the recall campaign. The recall was not identified by the dealer as of yet. The vehicle had been not repaired as of yet. The manufacturer was not made aware of gyhe failure. The approximate failure mileage was 105,000. Gl.
