Fuel Hoses Lines/piping And Fittings Problems of Kia Motor Spectra

I drove my 2006 kia Spectra to work 8:45 am parked. At 6pm I got into my car to come home and as I was pulling out heard scraping noise under the car. I pulled back into parking space & got out to look under my car; both metal straps that secure the gas tank were rusted through and scraping on the ground. My gas tank was hanging to the side nothing was holding the gas tank to the car at this point but the fuel line.

Fuel tank straps rusting out. My fuel tank straps rusted out causing one to drag the ground making sparks! I looked over the car and nothing is rusted like the straps, the exsust is good the heat shield and the fuel lines are good just the fuel straps are so rusted to the point they snapped!.

Fuel leakage. I took my car to kia dealer for engine an light. They replaced the gas cap and the orvr valve in which they replaced the other night while driving home I smelled gas went to accelerate and car started to stall I gave it more gas and started to sputter the car behind me started beeping and flashing the light. They pulled next to me and said get out of the car gas was pouring out. I pulled over shut engine off the gas stopped pouring out the next morning my husband got under the car and the fuel line to the back of the filter had just came off.
