Gas Tank Strap Problems of Kia Motor Spectra

The contact owns a 2007 kia Spectra. While driving approximately 50 mph, there was an abnormal scraping noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the fuel tank straps failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired.
