Alternator/generator/regulator Problems of Land Rover Range Rover

The contact owns a 2006 Land Rover Range Rover. The contact stated that there was a loss of power associated with the ignition switch. The contact had to leave the vehicle parked for a few days. Afterwards, the contact was able to start the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the alternator assembly needed to be replaced. The dealer was not contacted. The manufacturer indicated that the vehicle was excluded from NHTSA campaign number: 06v131000 (electrical system). The approximate failure mileage was 140,000.

I purchased my Range Rover 2005 hse (used) from land lover of parsippany paul miller on 2-26-2011 with 61981 miles on the odometer. Out of the last 30 days the car has been dysfunctional at the dealer for 15 days primarily with electric box fan noise, dead battery, faulty alternator and dead fuel pump with under 900 miles driven (majority of which back and forth to the dealer). While driving at speed in excess of 60mph the suspension, transmission, driveshafts failed multiple times. Require tow serviced each time due to complete powerfailures. Vehicle locked and forced me into emergency lane on the NJ turnpike. Landrover replaced only the battery and alternator the first time and 3 months later the failure happened again , and they replaced the battery and alternator again. Vehicle has electronic problems I have had speakers,ecu sensors, steering wheel motor, parking sensors all replaced in a 12 month span of a 2 year lease. Landrover will not help me obtain a safe replacement for the remained of my lease.
