Other Fuel System Pump Problems of Land Rover Range Rover

The car was leaking gasoline. Like another complaint on this site and others on the internet, a plastic flange on the fuel pump cracks. The dealership has no idea of this known problem. I believe this should be a recall item because leaking fuel is unsafe and can cause a catastrophic fire, explosion and loss of life.

I have to replace my fuel pump two times it cost me over $2,000 and now my steering column isn't working my key won't turn I tested it by taking the fuse out and disconnecting the battery still nothing went to a current Range Rover spot and they said that's common in those vehicles with the steering column going out which makes the key not turn I hope that you guys can really resolve this situation because for this to be an old vehicle I'm spending a lot of money out of my pocket thank you.
