The contact owns a 2007 Lexus Es350. The contact stated that when the vehicle was cold there would be a rattling noise in the engine. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who inspected the engine and could not find any problems. The manufacturer was contacted and informed him that a representative had inspected the vehicle and confirmed that the noise was normal. No additional assistance was offered.
