Ecm is not functioning properly it is a safety as the car when downshifting jumps and it can be easy to lose control of the vehicle. I’ve taken it to a few people and there was a service bulletin and recall for the ecm but not on my VIN number it has not been inspected there are no check engine lights on the vehicle but ir continues to very hard shift from 2nd to 1st.
