Door problems of the 2008 Lexus IS250

My whole interior is melting in my car. Large wet spots on dash that make visibility nearly impossible when the sun is shining in the car on the dash board. The cars door panels also have the same issue, which black residue gets on the skin and clothing after brushing up against it. The car is a safety and health hazard and the local Lexus dealership as well as the corporate office will not step in and own up to their defective interior. I have told them multiple times that this is a safety issue and they have no concern and tell me they deny any assistance because I am out of warranty. Please help!.
