Visibility Problems of Lexus IS250

The dashboard of my 2008 Lexus Is250 melts away everyday as well as the the drivers and passenger side door panels. The melted dashboard causes a glare directly in the viewing sight of the driver especially on really hot and sunny days here in south florida. This causes driving vision to be impaired. The door panels and dashboard leave prints on your hands and fingers when they are touched.

The contact owns a 2007 Lexus Is250. The contact stated that the passenger side headlight would flicker on and off before finally failing altogether. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who performed a diagnostic that located the failure at the bulb. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 51,000 and the current mileage was 54,000.
