Air Bag Not Deploy Problems of Lexus RX350

The airbags did not deploy. There was no recall either. I don't know if there is an issue or not but I would hate to see someone get hurt because airbags did not deploy see photo of damage. Have pictures but size problem didn't know how to reduce size.

I was involved in the intersection motor vehicle accident. When I was t-boned by other vehicle (my vehicle was going 30-45 miles/hour, and moving) and the other vehicle (who caused an accident) was also going 30-45 miles/ hour. Was making a left turn on to a bridge, the car pulled the right a little, I pulled to the left a little to straightened it back up applying the brakes, the car would not stop. I was stopped turning right form one city street onto another city street when I was hit from behind. The airbag did not deploy nor did the seat belt stop me from careening forward in the seat causing my head to hit the steering wheel. I received a cut over my right eye from the impact.

My car is used to drop off and pick up children from school and grocery shopping, and it has never been in an accident; however, one day I had just got in the car and started it up (my adult son was in passenger seat) and the air bag light came on my dash and the passenger air bag light shows it is not on. I was turning left into a driveway on a two lane highway. A Jeep behind me was not paying attention and tried to pass me on the left while I was turning. The impact was on the driver side door. We were stopped for a red light in a left turn lane. At 9;30 at night the light is slow to change. In about 2 minutes it turned green. I could see cars stopping in the lanes. After taking my wife to work on a rainy day in her 2007 Lexus Rx350, I stopped in our driveway, which is on an incline, to work on the windshield wipers to try to set them to the "automatic" mode.   suddenly, the car lurched forward and went through the open garage door, through the garage, through the back wall of the garage, and finally came to a stop close to the back wall of the family room.   I tried to stop the car with the brakes, but I could not.   I tried three times unsuccessfully.   the air bags did not deploy.   luckily , I was not hurt, but the back wall of the garage and items along the back wall were demolished as well as items in the family room.
