Battery Problems of Lexus RX350

2010 Lexus 450h won't start. We bought a new 2010 Lexus 450h about 3 weeks ago, it already happened twice, the car just won't start. But after push power on/off few times, the car starts. First time it happened on the morning of Nov 26, we are ready to go for a weekend trip at 8am, foot on the brake and push the power, all lights goes on(even the headlights), fan is on too, but no ready light, stopped it and tried few times, same thing, called Lexus roadside service, said will send someone to jump in 60 to 90 minutes, I opened the hood and try to find battery to jump myself, take a while to get those black plastic cover off, did not find the battery, try to start the car again, and it works, that is about 30 minutes after problem first occur. Drove 4 hours to a weekend trip, Saturday, used car few times, everything is fine, then same thing happened on Sunday, start and stop few times, and it works.
