acceleration. The driver continuously applied pressure to the brake pedal; however, the vehicle failed to slow down and crashed into the proceeding vehicle. There were no injuries. The
police was not notified. The contacts vehicle was able to be driven from the scene. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic for repairs at the cost of $4,500. The failure mileage was 33,000.
