The contact owns a 2007 Lincoln Mark lt. On several occasions, the accelerator pedal became stuck. On one occasion, while making a left turn into the driveway, the brake pedal was depressed, but the vehicle inadvertently accelerated. As a result, the vehicle crashed into the garage and a tree. The check engine warning indicator illuminated. The air bags did not deploy. The contact sustained a rib injury that required medical attention. A police report was not filed. The vehicle was towed to bob sight Ford (610 NW blue pkwy, lee's summit, mo 64063, (816) 524-6550), but no diagnostic failure codes were found and the failure could not be replicated.
