Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 2015 Lincoln MKC

The contact owns a 2015 Lincoln Mkc. While driving approximately 3-5 mph in traffic, another vehicle struck the front driver side of the contact's vehicle. The air bags failed to deploy. There were no warning indicators illuminated prior to the crash.
