I received a recall notice on the air bags on my 2008 Lincoln Mkz and I called the denver, CO dealer and he says they don't have the parts in to fix that yet. My light for my air bags just came on last week and the recall was in June 2017. When I ask the denver dealer when the parts will be available to fix my car he said he didn't know the part would go to high humidity areas first. I am concern about waiting if this is a serious issue.

Takata recall - I have been notified of the recall by Lincoln motor company via mailed letter March 2017. I have not received any remediation steps to correct this defect. I feel, with it approaching 1 year since the notification, steps to correct this issue have not been satisfied. The problem is deemed a safty issue and could result in sever bodyly injury or death.
