Power Train problem #1

The contact owned a 2010 Lincoln Navigator. The contact stated that while the vehicle was on, there was an abnormal noise. The contact exited the vehicle and when entering back inside the vehicle, there was a loud grounding noise and immediately the vehicle started to roll backwards over an embankment and crashed into a creek. A police report was filed and there were no injuries sustained. The vehicle was hauled out of the creek by a large truck and towed to the contact¿s residence. The vehicle was deemed destroyed by the insurance company. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 108,000. The VIN was not available.

Automatic Transmission Control Module problem #2
