Use of the hazard lights resulted in failure of the control module and ultimate failure of both the hazard lights and the turn signals. This occurred in September of 2005 and again in December 2006. The turn signal/ hazard light control had to be replace in both incidents.

While traveling in rainy weather conditions windshield wipers stopped operating. Dealer notified, and informed consumer that vehicle was not covered under a manufacturer's recall. Wipers stopped when consumer selected the left turn signal, dealer replaced the multifunction switch at no charge to the consumer.
Headlight went out when consumer tried to put the high beams on causing him to scrap vehicle on guardrail when pulling of the street due to poor visibility. Nlm.
