Air Bag Not Deploy Problems of Lincoln Zephyr

Tl-the contact owned a 2006 Lincoln Zephyr. The contact stated that while driving approximately 60 mph, six vehicles ahead another vehicle lost control and created a chain reaction of 30 vehicles. The vehicle was impacted in all four sides. The frontal air bags did not deploy. The police was present and a report was issued. The fire department was present , but the ambulances were not able to access that many vehicles. The following day the contact went to the hospital, treated and released with minor injuries. The contact stated that while driving approximately 50 mph, she was struck by another vehicle from the front and rear passenger sides, causing the contact to crash into a pole. Upon impact, the air bags failed to deploy. The contact sustained injuries to the chin, hands, and fingers and a passenger sustained minor knee and shoulder injuries. A police report was not filed.
