One problem related to fuel injection has been reported for the 1999 Mazda B3000. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Engine developed rough idle at approx. 12000 miles. Dealer says fuel problems, however I have tried several gas stations and the problem continues. Engine experiences slight hesitation on take off from stop. Also engine has stalled when truck is in drive possibly due to slow and rough idle. Have also experienced surging upon vigorous acceleration.
