Side/window Air Bag Problems of Mazda CX-7

Tl- the contact owns a 2007 Mazda motor corp cx7 gt xa. The contact stated that he previously had the front driver's and passenger side air bags replaced however, a week later, the air bag sensor illuminated. The vehicle was taken to maple shade Mazda at (856) 667-8004 located at 2921 NJ-73, maple shade township, NJ 08052 where it was diagnosed that something in the display screen voice command system caused the air bag sensor to illuminate and the display screen needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure however, the contact was informed that someone would be in touch but did not offer any further assistance. Was rear-ended at a fast speed by an 18 tractor trailer. No air bags deployed. I was slung with such force agains the steering wheel that the back of my seat fell backwards. My sons seatbealt came loose and by the grace of god I had enout strengths to grab him and pull him back to keep from going through the windsheild. I have the most damage because I had to get loose from my seat belt. Neither airbags deployed which in the kind force we were hit with and on top of that the seat belt coming out. I am still having nightmare were I have slept walked out side and actually started to pick up sticks as if I were pick up my sons body.

2010 Mazda Cx-7 waiting on the green light was hit in the passenger side of vehicle without side airbags deploying. I have photos if this would help. Police and firefighters were confused as to why the airbags did not deploy. The driver's side from front pillar to rear door was impacted. The front pillar has to be replaced.

Abs light on dash display, dealer advised had to order a module. Stopped to get gas while I was out of town and airbag deployed scaring myself and my two passengers. I was thank goodness not in vehicle. Only driverside airbag deployed and seatbelt tightened up and broke the plastic around the door frame.
