5 Brake Fluid Leak problem

Failure Date: 09/20/2011

Brought into the Mazda dealer schaumburg,IL due to dashboard warning lights came on ; the tcf of light off light ,the red brake light and the stability indicator. The dealer indicated that unaware of any problems related to this incident. Claimed their the brake fluid was low but no leak with the brake fluid. The dealer filled up the brake fluid. ( lights would randomly come on when breaking on hills or inclines) I was working in madison , WI. 8/20/12-8/24/12-same problem with vehicle- with warning lights. Although, now I had problems with the brake pedal and stopping the vehicle in traffic. I brought the Cx9 to Mazda , elmhurst IL. The dealer stated the car had the master cylinder and the power booster were leaking brake fluid and needed to be repaired. The failure miles was 54,400 miles. The repair is going to be $950 to repair. I believe that Mazda should pay for this repair since my vehicle is one of 37,000 vehicles with the problem that was not repaired . I don't understand why this isn't being checked during the service check ups and or being recalled by Mazda. This repair isn't a normal wear and tear repair and the repair should be covered by Mazda.
