The contact owns a 2008 Mazda cx-9. While driving 45 mph, the contact noticed a wave in the windshield. When he passes other objects, the waves appear to ripple. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer and they replaced the windshield; however, the failure persists. The dealer has been authorized to make another replacement.
