The contact owns a 2011 Mazda cx-9. While driving 40 mph, the contact heard an abnormal noise and noticed water dripping from the sun roof into the interior of the vehicle onto the dashboard. The contact stated that the leak caused an electrical shock to the blower motor of the air conditioner. The vehicle was taken to lou bachrodt Mazda coconut creek (located at 5400 FL-7, coconut creek, FL 33073, (954) 247-5000) where it was diagnosed that the air conditioner blower motor needed to be replaced and the sun roof needed to be DE-clogged. The vehicle was repaired, but continued to experience the failure. The manufacturer was notified. The failure mileage was 102,000.
