Seat Belt problem #4

In the third row there are no kind of holders preventing the seat belt buckles from going under and between the seats when they are folded down and up. This has resulted in them getting trapped between the seats and under the folding mechanism and getting crushed to the point of being unusable and unsafe. We are currently unable to use the back seat seatbelts due to them being unable to be buckled at all. We discovered this while the car was parked when we went to retrieve the rear seat belt buckles for use.

Seat Belt problem #9

I purchased the car new on September 18,2015. Having the car for 3 months I have been at the service department 3 times. I got home the first day and the belt was not registering and was making noise when I had it on. The last 2 times I continue to hear noise coming from the car. The noise is heard from underneath and it has to be driven for significant amount of minutes before the noise goes away. I recorded the noise on November 28,2015 and called the dealer very upset because its a problem that's not being addressed and fixed. I dropped the car off on Monday November 30,2015 and was told yesterday December 1,2015 that they dont see the problem. This is a new car and I never test driven before buying. I need help. I have the recording but I cant attach it on here.

Attempted to latch the driver seatbelt, but the latch would not receive the belt. After several attempts to latch the belt by inserting it into the latch mechanism, I was able to latch the belt by first pushing down the release mechanism; then inserting the belt. This has to be done each time in order the latch the driver side seatbelt. No other seatbelts are affected. This car has been scheduled into bommarito Mazda for resolution of this problem.
