My vehicle has had strange grunting, squeaking, popping noises coming from the frontend, particularly the drivers side. It has had this issue since I bought the car in June 2017. The noise seems to be worse when driving over small bumps. It's very noticeable when I back out of my driveway. I have addressed this issue with the dealership I purchased my car from. They can't duplicate. I have researched this exact issue and found there is a TSB for the suspension issue I'm describing. I'm just getting worried about my safety. I'm afraid something will fail and I feel it's the manufacturers responsibility to correct this unsafe issue with the suspension that affecting many other Mazda 6 vehicles.

I got this car in may of 2019 so the car is still new and ever since I purchased the vehicle I've been having issues with it first were the calipers sticking and Mazda gave me a hard time to repair the issue after the fact knowing that it was a manufacturing isssue and still tried to charge me I took my vehicle there more then 15 times just to deal things going bad in my car. My car stalls on me out of no where when I'm driving which is dangerous and can cause me to crash also my car brakes when there isn't anything in front of it all my malfunctioning indicators are on and I have video proof and showed it to my service advisor and service manager and they still didn't repair my car and told me that I have to pay or go somewhere else also my suspension is making noises they didn't want to fix it and as well as my tires peeling off from the sun already and they say it's wear and tear and ask me for money also my car dies everytime I turn it off I have to either get a jump or call roadside for assistance I've been dealing with issues with this car and Mazda clearly doesn't care about there customers safety and always ask for money when the vehicle is still under warranty very disappointed I'm still driving the car with all the. Issues it was because Mazda won't repair my car and always try to pin the issue on me when knowing that it's there fault I took it to Mazda several times and notified them on what's wrong with my car and my car stayed there for 4 days and they did nothing to my car just sitting there for nothing I pay too much money a month and feel like it's for no reason because my safety is at risk I hate driving my car because I feel unsafe and scared and going to Mazda is pointless please help me on what to do thanks.

The front and rear suspension pops, clunks, the vehicle shakes, vibration also happens, it also causing tires to be replaced faster than normal they go bold in the center its causing now the axles to shake at night time you can see the reflection from headlights bouncing, they have TSB's on this suspension issue however not for 2018 only 14-16 Mazda 6s I believe and supposedly the issue was corrected well they lied because mine is a 18 and it is a disaster, my transmission is now shifting very hard from 1st to second gear, turn wheel it makes a loud clunk sound or popping sound, go over a dip in road does the same thing, you go over a bump the vehicle feels soggy, it like dribbles, it causes the vehicle to sway. . It's horrible, also the brakes was shaking at 15k miles, found out it's tsbs on this issue and of course the dealership didn't fix for free, charged me over 600 dollars for a issue that has a TSB on.
Tl takata recall. The contact owns a 2010 Mazda 6. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign numbers: 18v717000 (air bags) and 18v631000 (suspension, structure). The contact called sentry west Mazda at 508-281-8171 (located at 940 boston turnpike, shrewsbury, MA 01545) and was informed that the parts were not available. While driving approximately 20 mph, a loud noise was heard and the steering lost power without warning. The vehicle was towed to the same dealer where it was stated that the recall repairs needed to be performed. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000. Parts distribution disconnect for NHTSA campaign number: 18v717000 (air bags) and VIN tool confirms parts not available for NHTSA campaign number: 18v631000 (suspension, structure).
Went to take my car to the mechanics today for a loud humming noise. Come to find out my front cross member is rotted out. This seams to be a common problem. The ac leaks right on the suspension. Can't wait to see what this is going to cost.
While driving on town roads and around a traffic circle a loud noise was heard from the right hand side of the vehicle. I attempted to pull into a nearby gas station but the vehicle would not steer to the left enough to enter the parking lot. I managed to pull into another lot a short distance down the street on the right hand side. I inspected the under side of the vehicle and discovered the front sub-frame had rusted through to the point of failure. This failure allowed the complete front left wheel/suspension assembly to move about freely under the car.
When performing an oil change I noticed that the subframe / engine cradle on the passenger side near the right suspension was severely rusted. The subframe is no longer structurally sound and I have parked the vehicle until a repair is completed. The vehicle is no longer safe to be on the road. The severe corrosion appears to be isolated to the right side with the rest of the subframe showing surface corrosion normally seen in an area that uses road salt such as minnesota. I believe that the cause of this failure is the air conditioning evaporator drain dripping on the subframe. As you can see in the attached pictures there is no drain hose used to divert the water from the evaporator around the frame and overboard. This moisture mixed with the road salt created a dangerous amount of corrosion on a key structural component. I am glad I noticed this before an accident occurred.
The front suspension makes a clunking noise occasionally when moving right after startup and sometimes after starting from a stop (usually only near the start of a drive). It also occassionally makes a clunking noise when hitting a pothole/speed bump. This seems to be the same thing as recorded in the Mazda service bulletin 02-010/16 and suggest possibly making it a recall instead of a service bulletin.

I began having problems with the steering, especially when turning at intersections, it made some bang/bump noises, and felt like the front wheels weren't turning unless I really cranked the steering wheel. I took it to the dealer for an evaluation, and they promptly pulled it off the road, telling me it was unsafe to drive. Turns out the front subframe on the passenger side had rusted out so badly that it was almost split into two pieces, and I could literally poke holes through the rusted areas, affecting the operation of both the steering and suspension. If the subframe had indeed split, according to the mechanic, the steering would've failed and I could've lost the right front wheel.
Creaking of suspension system. The cars mileage is 7500. It is a creaking sound that is from the front end. I noticed it when turning in and out of driveways. I can replicate it every day and it has been happening since I purchased the car.

This car has serious problems. I have approached Mazda with numerous service complaints and they refuse to fix. The car gets terrible gas mileage not the factory stated 42 mpg which was sold on the msrp but more like 22. The suspension drives terrible makes noises, the car "creaks" when going over things and is not stable at freeway speeds. The car also sways form left to right on the freeway and is extremely slow to stop. It is dangerous and Mazda will not fix. I even have a voicemail form Mazda corporate stating then refuse to fix these problems. I have had to hired a lawyer to declare the car a lemon. Mazda also refused to service the car for oil changes, tire rotation, etc. I have also filed a claim with Mazda corporate along with the numerous times in and out of the shop yet they still refuse and are unwilling to service/fix the safety issues on my car. Also, the heated seats, both front and passenger, have not been able to be fixed since the day I purchased the car (I have now had the car approx 14 months). As of today 7/11/2017, this problem that has been going on since I bought the car early 2016 has not been resolved. Please help!.
Front suspension noise when going over mild speed bumps at low speeds (5-10 mph).
I have had my Mazda 6 for 2 years. Two days ago, it got very cold, and when I drove the next day, I heard this squeaky noise from the steering column and from the suspension when turning. Not sure what problem is, but it seemed that once the engine was warm the squeaking was gone. I did check the power steering fluid, and it was low, so power steering fluid was added. Also added brake fluid due to it was also low. I heard problem slightly the day after a little. Hopefully the power steering fluid will solve the problem. If it persists, I will call the dealership. Please advise if there has been any other complaints on this. My car currently has over 50,000 miles, and this is the first sounds I have heard.

My complaint concerns the following issue:
in the summer of 2006, this car began to exhibit occasional clunking and grinding from the front suspension during low speed maneuvers. I took the vehicle to montgomery Mazda in charlotte, nc, and tim marburger Mazda in concord, nc, for diagnosis. During this time, the car was under warranty, and had approx. 41,000 miles on the odometer. Neither dealership could duplicate the problem. ? in late August 2007, this car began to exhibit continuous clunking and grinding noises emanating from the front suspension during all driving situations. In early September 2007, I took the car to montgomery Mazda in charlotte, nc, for another diagnosis. I was told that the issue involved spring isolators and bushings in the front suspension, and repairs would run approx. $480. 00. I inquired about whether this item was covered under recall or warranty, and was told no. ? on September 26, 2007, I took the car to a local mechanic near my home, who verified the diagnosis from montgomery Mazda. He called the dealership to inquire about parts, and was told that spring isolators, bushings, and other parts to correct this problem had been redesigned, and that they had been issued new parts numbers. Given the fact that I brought this matter to the attention of my local dealers while the car was still under warrant, and given the fact that the redesign of these key suspension parts indicates a clear, known defect in materials and/or design, I am asking that Mazda cover the cost of repairs on my car.
