Check Engine Light On Problems of Mazda Millenia

I fully purchased my car on 02/28/2019 with "auto landmark". That same day I paid a $200-300 service fee for registeration and title, I paid full car tax on the car. I call in regards to my car and if the mechanic it's not calling out, he's on vacation. It's been over a month and still no results. They just need to remove the check engine light for emission which I paid in full for. . I have court because the paper work I have are photo copy not original officers couldn't take it nor the dmv. I lost my job because they kept my car for so long and still refuse to update me on the car. Please help me get car back or have them finish there jobs. They're definitely toying with me and I don't know what I can do about it. I need the car with plates and registered and they refuse to give me a refund for me to do it myself. So I'm left with them finishing the job. Please help.

Check engine light diagnostic code 1170. To many different problems covering every engine part from compression,fuel ,hoses ,solenoids coil, oxygen sensor, injectors, fuel pump, ect; madza should be able to make diagnostic code 1170 more clear , they even list engine failure come on this is unjust.

Purchased a 2001 Mazda Millenia in December 2003 - ongoing engine flow/check engine light issues; problem within 12-months - light stays on. . . Asked and was never provided solution to issue; repairs do not fix issue and check engine light remains lit; no car repair shop or Mazda dealer has been able to fix problem; I love the car but this is a known Mazda engine issue that needs to be resolved by Mazda; as a customer I should not have to spend more time/money in useless repairs.

The check engine light has been on and off for two years. I've took it to 5 different Mazda specialist including the dealer and everyone of them tells me something different. . . Things that were already done. Know one can seem to pin point what's wrong with the car. Oh by the way. . . The transmission has been rebuilt. I also have a problem with the gear switching from the first to second and it's not the transmission. This car has cost me a lot of money and it's up there with the 626. I will never buy another Mazda again.

2001 Millenia s engine light went on. Mechanic had to replace an engine cylinder and all plugs. Appears now a second cylinder is going as engine light is repeating. Less then 32,000 miles but oput ow warranty.

Vehicle has been to dealerships on numerous occasions for the tcs off and tcs and check engine lights appearing on dash. When this occurs vehicle has serious driveability problems and is very dangerous to drive in traffic situations. It is currently at the dealership for the 4th attempt to fix/repair this problem. Vehicle has been out of service a total of 20+ day's in 9 months and 9 day's in the year of 2002.

We own a 2000 Mazda Millenia that stalls at about 50 mph and has had this problem since we bought the car. We have taken the car in for servicing numerous times, but have not been able to get this fixed. The car has several other problems such keyless entry does not work, heated seats do not work, air conditioner does not work; however, none of these pose a safety problem like the stalling. The engine light remains on even after numerous attempts by the dealership service department to repair this problem.

The engine light kept coming on sporadically every time we check it out it goes back out then the oil light came on we had the oil replaced then the car just shut off we then took the car to a Mazda dealership who said the header broke completely off the camshaft and it would be $5,000 to fix our warranty had expired by 42 days and they refused to honor an extension and told us to pay or take the car off the premises. I contacted the Mazda warranty dept who refused to extend it and I also spoke with the dealer who sold me the car who said there was nothing he could do about it. Even the account representative handling my finance account could do nothing to help. This car is only three years old and we only had it for 13 months with only one prior owner damage of this caliber without having been involved in an accident is a bit extreme. Other Mazda owner have been experiencing the same problem seems like an engine defect.
