Driving 5 mph on road, rear defroster on, rear window shatters for no apparent reason. Contacted the dealer, dealer said would contact headquarters to get approval to replace glass. Did replace glass. First thing they mentioned asked when they heard the rear window shattered was if the defroster had been on. Suspicious that this has happened before and worried this may happen again.
