Front Suspension Problems of Mazda Protege

Mazdas peed Protege suffers from excess torque steer and very unstable steering at speeds over 30 mile per hour. If you excellerate hard the vehicle will jump left or right depending on speed. Also when travelling at highway speed vehicle will swerve left or right without warning or for any noticable reason also at highway speed the vehicle tends to drift in its lane. Dealer service states that this is normal for a high performance vehicle and nothing is wrong. I have owned many high performance automobiles and have never seen this before. This condition has almost resulted in accidents on many occasions and only radical steering has prevented an accident so far.

While driving at any speed vehicle will make noise while making a turn. Also, it feels unbalanced. Contacted dealer, and the dealer was not willing to do anything.

Vehicle pulls to the left/front brake rotors/pads and calipers wore out, causing vehicle to vibrate upon braking/defective cv joints, and engine check light comes on.

Steering wheel out of center, car pulls to one side, took the car to dealer and was told this is aligment problem, I mentioned to the dealer that this is a manufacturer defect because car and driver found the same problem in Protege and consumer reports too. Dealer refused to fix it at no charge with the car still under manufacturer warranty, I contacted Mazda motor CO. And I got same answer.

After vehicle reached 20,000 miles it has a very hard vibration in the front end when the air conditioner is activated. Dealer has been contacted.
