Engine Shut Off Without Warning Problems of Mazda RX8

There is a flaw in the Mazda Rx8 engine. It is why they stopped making them in 2011. The engines have bad apex seals. As a result - the seals blow around 70 thousand miles and the engine is useless. Mazda replaced my engine in 2011. However - it does not solve the problem. The engine still shuts down in traffic. This is extremely dangerous. When you are coming to a stop or slowing down the engine will just shut off. It has also shut off when I attempted to pass in the left lane while accelerating on the highway. It also has something called a hot non-start - this means - it will not start when the engine is hot. You have to wait 20 minutes for the car to cool before it can start. If there is no emergency lane when your car shuts down - you are in trouble and in a very dangerous situation,. I have been stuck numerous times in traffic and then the car unable to start. Also as a result of this hot non-start- you have to fuel your car with it running or you will have to sit and wait at the gas pump for 20 minutes before it can start. This has occurred before they replaced my engine from 2009 thru 2011 and now with a new engine from 2012 thru 2015 they also need to be investigated for fraud. I leased my car for 3 years. I then purchased it and financed it for 5 years in 2008. Mazda knew these engines were flawed - but they were still selling them to people when this engine issue has been around since 2005. The car is dangerous to drive. Also - the apex seals can blow when you are driving the which means the car will shut down in traffic as well. The vehicle experienced a starting issue unexpectedly. One day it no longer wanted to start I towed it in to Mazda they said the vehicle was flooded. Again in February 2015 the vehicle started experiencing the same issue having difficulty starting eventually it was taken in again to midas the issue again was due to flooding. I paid for the services and took the vehicle home. The next day the vehicle had trouble starting but eventually turned one as I was driving the vehicle in to Mazda it shut down unexpectedly leaving me stranded mid intersection. Mazda Rx8 engines are very unreliable and a safety concern and it has to be due to manufactor defect.

I've been having a couple of incidents where my safety has been in danger because my vehicle suddenly shuts down in middle of road. Last time happened in a middle of an intersection, but it has happened in curvy uphill roads and highways, where I have been exposed to accidents because engine shuts down. I am more than concerned because its not just my safety but the ones traveling with me and the ones that not. Mazda has acknowledge the problem with the engine of the 2004 RX-8, but in the dealership they always make something up not to check it under warranty. I need your intervention to deal with this issue. I have almost been involved in accidents because of this problem. I have found about the recall in this website. I have lost money, and time but not willing to risk my life. I need to know what steps to take action, because all they do is deny that's its warranty related even when they know about the recalls that related to this problem, all they do is sell you spark plugs and ignition coils (which they say is the cause and never solves anything but their sales). This has to stop. Its not fair to pay so much for a 2004 car and get back such a nightmare. I need to know what to know if I can get a remedy under federal laws of transportation safety. This is serious.
