The contact owns a 2014 Mercedes Benz C250. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle the srs sensor light suddenly illuminated. The cause of the failure was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact had received the recall notice for NHTSA campaign number 17v627000(air bag) in October 2017. After notifying the dealer the contact was informed that the parts needed to repair the defect were not yet available. The failure mileage was 30,000. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
