Tl- the contact owns a 2010 Mercedes Benz C300. The contact stated that while driving approximately 50 mph the vehicle crashed into a second vehicle causing severe damage to the front end. During the crash the air bags did not deploy. The driver sustained head, neck and back injuries. A police report was taken at the scene and the vehicle was towed away. 2 Air Bag Not Deploy problem

Tl-the contact owns a 2010 Mercedes Benz C300. The contact stated that while driving 65 mph, the vehicle was involved in a crash. The contact depressed the brake pedal, but could not stop the vehicle in time before rear-ending another vehicle. The air bags did not deploy. A police report was filed. The contact sustained injuries to the chest and medical attention was required. The vehicle was towed. The vehicle was destroyed. A dealer was not made aware of the crash. 3 Air Bag Not Deploy problem

Takata recall I received a safety recall notice back in April 2016 because the airbags were not properly deploying. I called MD today, sept. 6, 2017, because I have not heard from them and I was told that the parts are still not ready. I live in a state that is hot and humid, which exponentially increases the chances of airbag malfunctioning.

4 Air Bag Not Deploy problem

Takata recall car was involved in an accident. Car was stationary at a stop sign, rear ended, pushed into cross traffic, hit another car, spun around and hit a light pole. Airbags did not deploy.

5 Air Bag Not Deploy problem

"takata recall" I have made appointments and have discussed the situation with patterson in wichita falls TX about the airbag light saying there is a problem. I was told that they (pattersons) does not know what to do about the situation because they have contacted mercedes about this and they do not know what to do either. I have been driving the car. The light stays on. Have taken it in to be repaired and was told they do not know what to do. Stated when they are told what to do paterson's will contact me. I have never been contacted. I did however have an accident March 2015 and the airbags did not deploy!.

6 Air Bag Not Deploy problem

Failure Date: 11/23/2014

The contact owns a 2010 Mercedes Benz C300. The contact stated that the rear seat belts were extremely tight to the seats. The contact indicated that the seat belts in the front were loose and the seat belts in the rear were tight. The contact also indicated that the front driver side seat belt and the passenger side seat belt malfunctioned and did not work. While traveling at a highway rate of speed, another driver traveling at a high rate of speed crashed into the rear of the contact's vehicle. The other vehicle spun around and struck the front of the contact's vehicle. The contact stated that the driver was in the process of exiting the highway when the drunk driver impacted the vehicle from the rear. The air bags failed to deploy. Neither of the seat belts secured the driver nor the passenger, which caused severe impact to the head, neck, and back. The driver sustained major back and head injuries, but did not receive medical attention. The front passenger sustained major injuries to the head, neck, a cervical strain, a cat scan, and back pains. The front passenger received medical attention. The vehicle was towed to a repair shop. The contact asked that the vehicle be held until the manufacturer and the insurance company could further inspect the integrity of the seat belts and the air bags. The manufacturer was notified of the crash and the contact mentioned that they were to send an investigator and refer the contact to an authorized dealer for further inspection of the vehicle. The contact was still waiting on a response from the manufacturer. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was not available.

7 Air Bag Not Deploy problem

Failure Date: 10/03/2010

The contact owns a 2010 Mercedes Benz C300. While the contact was driving approximately 30 mph, when the accelerator pedal was applied there was a delayed response. A loud noise sounded and the front end of the vehicle collapsed. The air bags did not deploy but the warning indicator illuminated. The contact pulled over to the side of the road with caution and the vehicle was towed to an authorized dealer for diagnosis. The contact was waiting a response from the technician regarding the cause of failure. The failure mileage was 6,109.
