Engine Knocking Noise problems of the 2016 Mercedes Benz C300

The contact owns a 2016 mercedes-benz C300. While driving approximately 71 mph, a knocking sound was present coming from the engine. The vehicle began to thrust back and forth as if it were running out of fuel. Also, a burning odor was present before the speed suddenly reduced to approximately 20 mph.
