On Mar 6 2017 my airbag light came on, I called fletcher jones on elston in chicago, and let them no my light was on, they told me it was a charge for this. I told them anytime theres a problem with airbag I shouldnt be responsible for that, they argued me down and made me pay almost 800. 00 now I get a letter saying its a recall on the airbags,I call and talk to sandy in customer service and she tells me im exactly right they shouldnt charged me. She told me when I receive my recall letter I should be able to get a refund. So now I talked to dan hoffman and he tells me she shouldnt of told me that because there fixing a different part. But it shouldnt matter anytime your airbag is not working thats on the manufacturer not me. So they refuse to give me my money back.
