One problem related to sun roof has been reported for the 2007 Mercedes Benz E350. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
When positioning the sunroof switch to close, the roof retracted about 75% of the way and then opened all the way once again. Hitting the switch again to close it caused the roof to go back and forth, while not closing at all. After ~1 minute or so it finally closed.
