One problem related to headlights has been reported for the 2003 Mercedes Benz E Class. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Both right and left headlights were aimed high. The problem was with the headlights which were aimed properly for the low beam, there was no further adjustment available for the high beam. As a result the high beam on the vehicle pointed up at an angle of 1 1/4 inches at 7 1/2 feet. (ultimately, the lights shined directly into the oncoming drivers eyes at this angle) model e-320.
