One problem related to roof and pillar has been reported for the 1996 Mercury Grand Marquis. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving, the simulated convertible top flew off, the top flew off due to not being installed properly, the 3 strips of rubber on the roof still had the paper attached to it instead of being peeled off to secure the fiberglass top.
