Sudden acceleration. Incident occurred in my home driveway. Car lurched forward into my house, damaging the right side of my car and left side of the garage.
Consumer stated the vehicle experienced sudden acceleration on numerous occasions. The acceleration stopped by itself on attempts to stop the acceleration. When on cruise going up a hill, the vehicle would accelerate rapidly when holding the accelerator up.

Consumer stated while backing out at 5 mph, vehicle suddenly accelerated, consumer was not able to stop vehicle, after about 100 ft vehicle hit a building, the vehicle was totalled, no injuries.
Vehicle suddenly accelerated when applying brakes to stop at approaching stop light, this occurred for second time. Vehicle taken to dealer. On first occasion dealer was unable to locate cause. On second occasion dealer replaced transmission. Feel free to provide any further information on this matter.
Vehicle would suddenly accelerate while idling at a stop light/sign. Had no warning. Would need to press hard on brakes and shift/ turn vehicle off. Had been to dealer and mechanic who placed vehicle on diagnostic machine. Nothing was found, even after being test driven.
Vehicle experienced sudden acceleration while slowing down for a red light, the speed control has been disconnected. Nlm.
