When the consumer applied the brake his foot also hit the accelerator pedal which caused the vehicle to accelerate suddenly. The vehicle turn signal were inoperative and the ignition key was hard to turn at times.
Consumer states that the brake pedel is to close to the acceleration pedel. Ts.
