Followed up with local dealership 5/11/16 - no parts available yet - call Ford corp customer relations. Called Ford corp - no parts available yet - call your local dealership. Called both parties again 8/4/16 and again on 1/18/17. Same response. Each referred the problem back to the other. Is this issue going to be resolved or not? hopefully it won't take an injury or death for it to become a priority with Ford.

Ford dealer says only way can fix problem, which is an investigation, customer satisfaction # 14n01, is for the problem to be occurring when it is checked. This is absurd, as the problem is known to be intermittent - related to bad relays / relay installation. These idiots need to be told to fix the problem before someone kills someone just to demonstrate that the problem exists!.
