Carrier/rack problems of the 2010 Mercury Milan

I was at a store for a while I came outside I crank my car put the car in reverse simultaneously the traction control light the abs system light came on along with the power steering going out I did see. This is all the symptoms of a recall but it is not associated with my VIN number now the dealership that has my vehicle has service three other recalls where is servicing three other recalls that has told me that now I will have to pay $3,500 for a rack and pinion replacement and whatever this recall causes for my brakes.

2010 Mercury Milan. Consumer writes in regards to vehicle blind spot information system issues. The consumer stated the blind spot information system worked on an intermittent basis. A message displayed blocked warning blind spot system fault. The dealer informed the consumer, the side obstacle detection module and bracket needed to be replaced at a cost of $1,700. The interior door handle cracked inside the door panel. The door cannot be opened from the inside. This is very dangerous if there was an emergency situation I would not be able to exit my vehicle without rolling the window down and opening handle from outside car. These handles should not be made out of plastic!.
