Steering Tie Rod Assembly problems of the 2011 Mercury Milan

Tl takata recall. The contact owns a 2011 Mercury Milan. Within months of owning the vehicle, the steering wheel became stiff. The vehicle was towed to a repair facility where an independent mechanic indicated that there were two failure codes. The contact was advised to take the vehicle to a dealer for further diagnostic testing. The contact stated that a tie rod replacement and an alignment had previously been performed, but they failed to provide a permanent remedy.
